Doolan Country Jams and Fine Preserves

Doolan Country was founded just over three short years ago with 6 jams & 3 chutneys, all made in small batches in open pans in our home kitchen. Quality is the overriding factor and is everything we stand for, we even have a kitchen sign which says "If it's not good enough for my family it's not good enough for our customers"
We are fortunate to live in the Camden area of NSW. Australia and have found some wonderfull growers with amazing quality produce. After picking very early in the morning the produce is collected and turned into Jam or other preserves by late afternoon. We stir the fresh ingredients by hand and fill by hand (you get more whole fruit hand pouring) and then hand pack our finished goods off to our customers.
We now make 50 premium fruit butters (curds), jams, marmalades.as we only make in season some products are not always available. We believe our fruit butters to be the leading medal winners at Australian National Shows with the Jams & Chutneys also taking out many awards.
